The training program
build your visioNary brand
Build Your Visionary Brand is a video course in which you will build your visionary brand in 2-3 months, followed by an additional 3 months access to our community. It’s self-paced, and chock full of resources so you can customize the course based on your own needs and skills, with teacher support.
The best part? You don’t have to be a designer or artist to be a brilliant creator to craft a focused, imaginative brand that captures the heart of your work and voice.

Syndicate Headquarters
A vibrant membership community of your peers (AWAY from facebook!) It’s a no-fluff, high-inspiration zone, where your teacher will be offering feedback and mentorship daily.
Monthly live classes
Crafted in response to students interests and needs each month, live classes are action-and results focused. Examples: Audience building; Creative Confidence Cultivation; Social Media Planning.
optional drop-in co-working sessions
These happen every day, and sometimes twice a day, so you can focus with your peers when you want to.
bimonthly small group coaching calls
Where you can get individual and group feedback and support for what you are working on.
resource library
100+ recorded coaching calls, live classes, mini-courses and tutorials are available to you for your time in the Syndicate.

WHITENESS at WORK
Branding is a part of how we contribute to and shape the culture around us; and until we examine the ways our dominant culture works, we can end up reproducing the systems we are trying to replace.
All new Syndicate members receive a complimentary ticket to Whiteness at Work, a mini course in anti-racist praxis and practice for businesses, presented by The Adaway Group. Whiteness at Work includes 4 hour-long video classes with reflection questions and assignments.
